I’m excited to officially launch my Nutrition and Wellness Coaching programs! Whether you choose the 3 or 6 month option, you will build the foundation and develop the skills to create change. Studies show it takes 3 months to solidify new habits, another 3 to revert to your old ways and then find your way again. This is the nature of change. Human nature. We lean on comfort and change is scary. Making healthy decisions for ourselves mean we need to put ourselves first, something that many of us aren’t great at doing.

You can’t pour from an empty cup.

Build yourself up, feel your best, look your best and you will then be able to go out into your world with the ability to spread your vibrance and vitality.

This program is designed for anyone who is seeking a healthier lifestyle, who needs guidance and support, and for anyone who is tired of being trapped the diet cycle. Nutrition is individual, health is individual. Your goals may not be the same as everyone else’s. My purpose is to empower you to decide what changes to make to help you feel your best, to reach your goals and to sustain those changes for a lifetime. I use proven methods, scientific research and gentle guidance to facilitate positive change. I strive to create healthy relationships with food, to find and overcome the obstacles that have held you back in the past, and develop a plan to help you reach the appropriate goals just for you.

The programs consist of a thorough health history, followed by two, 50 minute face to face meetings per month. Each appointment offers you the space for self inquiry, goal setting, health education and personal development. I also offer additional services such as pantry make overs, health food store tours, home cooking demonstrations, recipes, group support meetings, reiki sessions, yoga and farmers market trips.

Investing in your health is an investment in your self. You are showing that you are committed to making positive change and that you are putting yourself as a priority. The program fee is $175 per month (discounts are applied when paying for either program in full). I am currently scheduling new clients on a rolling basis and can work remotely with distance clients.
